We not only build our shutters in Hampton, Virginia but, we also service them locally as well. Since we are manufacturers of our shutters we carry all the necessary parts in case the shutters become damaged or in need of repairs. You can rely on us to fix them , we will set up an appointment to fix the shutters and have our factory trained installers out to your home and repair them without having to pay the overseas shipping or go without a window treatment for weeks waiting for your parts.
